Pink Lady
Cripps Pink, corresponds to a selection made by the Western Australia Department of Agriculture (W.A.D.A) from a cross between Lady Williams and Golden Delicious.
Pink Lady TM is a brand that can be used on the apples of Cripps Pink variety, Lady in Red and Rosy Glow that meet quality standards and are authorized APAL (Association of Producers Apples and Pears Australia).
W.A.D.A. is the owner of the variety and brand, together with the Association of Producers Apples and Pears Australia have given Viveros Requinoa administration exclusively in Chile the processing of the license for the use of such marks abroad for markets all the world except those belonging to Pink Lady® America. Any information sent to these markets should be requested from the nursery.
Viveros Requinoa handles apples marketed under the brand Pink Lady®cumplan with all quality specifications.
Alvina Gala
Royal Gala sport apple with heavy coloring stripe variety that develops very dark full color. Owner have been able to pick 80-90% of the fruit in first picking. Fruit size medium (typical gala sizing).
Barnsby
Pink Apple sport of Cripps Pink with overcolor over green yellow ground color. Sweet / tart flavor same as its parent. Acid levels are less than Cripps Pink cv. at the time of harvest allowing the apples to be eaten directly off of the tree. Color and maturity appears to be much consistent than Maslin. Fruit size medium (75mm).
Cosmic Crisp
Red apple with Honeycrisp and Enterprise parents. Red stripped blush (55-80%) and attractive, prominent lenticels. Balanced sweet/tart flavor, firm with excellent crispness and juiciness; maintain fruit flavor and texture throughout storage; flesh does not brown easily. Fruit size medium to large. Decreases as trees mature, narrow size range with 85-90% of fruit within classes
Fuji Supreme
Improved Fuji selection apple with skin heavily striped red Fuji. Flavor is consistent with other Fuji selection. Fruit size is medium to large (80mm).
Howell TC2
It parent are Arlie Red Flesh and Honeycrisp, with heavy red overcolor with pronounced lenticels skin. Crisp and juicy with a sweet/tart flavor. Many relate the flavor to be berry-like in taste. Medium fuit size.
